Our services
Rise DFC provides financial technology infrastructure to institutions and operates consumer applications including Blink (earned wage access) and Zivo (in development). This marketing website describes our products; use of Blink or Zivo is governed by separate in-app agreements presented when you create an account.
Product features, eligibility, pricing, and availability may change. We may modify or discontinue services with notice where required by law.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our consumer products. Additional eligibility requirements apply in-app for earned-wage-access services.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable regulations
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Interfere with the operation or security of our services
- Provide false or misleading information
- Reverse engineer or scrape our services except as permitted by law
We may suspend or terminate access when we detect fraud, abuse, or legal risk.
Intellectual property
Content on our websites and apps — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Rise DFC or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited license to use our services as intended. No other rights are granted.
Disclaimers
OUR WEBSITES AND APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT UNLESS SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE PROHIBITED.

Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RISE DFC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE MARKETING SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
