Rise Digital Financial Corp ("Rise DFC," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our websites, join a waitlist, or use Blink, Zivo, and related services.
Information we collect
Information you provide. Email addresses and other details you submit through waitlist forms, contact requests, or sales inquiries.
Product and account data. When you use Blink or Zivo, we collect information needed to verify eligibility, link accounts, process advances, and support you — including data you provide in the app and data we receive from service providers such as Plaid when you choose to connect a bank account.
Technical data. IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and similar logs used to secure and improve our services.
Identity verification and face data
What we collect. To verify your identity and prevent fraud during onboarding, Blink and Zivo ask you to take a self-photo ("selfie") and a photo of a government-issued identification document. The selfie is the only face data we collect, and we collect it only when you actively choose to complete identity verification.
How we use it. The selfie and ID images are used solely to confirm that a real, live person is present, that the image is of adequate quality, and that the selfie reasonably matches the photo on the identification document. This protects your account and satisfies our identity-verification, anti-fraud, and regulatory (Know Your Customer) obligations. We do not use face data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to identity verification.
No facial-recognition template. Our automated verification checks detect whether a face is present and whether it matches the submitted ID. We do not create, derive, store, or use a persistent facial-recognition template, faceprint, or other biometric identifier to identify you across sessions, products, or other users.
Sharing and storage. Face data is processed and stored only by Rise DFC and the service providers that help us perform verification and secure cloud storage, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. Images are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell face data and do not share it for any third party's independent use.
Retention. We retain identity-verification images, including the selfie, only for as long as necessary to complete verification, prevent and investigate fraud, and meet applicable legal and regulatory recordkeeping requirements. When that period ends, we delete or de-identify the images. You may request deletion of your face data at any time by contacting us at the address below, subject to legal retention requirements.

Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and regulatory requirements.
Your choices
